Well, the jury still seems to be out for me, which puts me in an interesting position as far as climate change goes. Reasonable doubt has been exacted, so I'm not sure how to think about it.
This film offers some interesting counter-points worth considering. It's DEFINITELY worth a watch. (ht)
Let me know what you think.

Haven't had a chance to look at the video yet but my gut says that there is no right answer, at least not one that fits neatly into any sort of box. The issue is complicated by the economics of fear and the irresistability of the moral high ground. I think global warming is inevitable. It has happened before on earth and will likely happen again. This does not however absolve us from the responsibility of being good stewards of the planet we live on and its inhabitants. I think the availability of information and things from anywhere in the world has actually increased our disconnection with other people. If people don't know how their meat gets into the polystyrene trays at the grocery store, how are they to imagine a mill worker in India or a banana farmer in wherever it is bananas are grown?
Ok, not that I've gotten going, there is a whole post here. Thanks for the inspiration.
Hope you're feeling better before you big trip.
