This is a very interesting video about 'groupthink.' This is typical of more doctrinally hardline groups like the Pentecostals, (from my experience). It sure made me think about it.

Groupthink is directly responsible for the Bay of Pigs debacle and also a delicious word from 1984 (the book). The majority of the men in Kennedy's inner circle, when interviewed afterwards, said they had disagreed with the decision but thought everyone else agreed and didn't want to be the only one to go against the Prez. Whoops.
